Due to increasing security measures around the world there are some items that we cannot accept for transport.
What can't I send?
Some of these prohibited products are listed, but are not limited too;
Explosives - Including but not limited too;
Perfume, hairspray, deodorants, ammunition, fireworks, igniters, flares, toy caps.
Gases- Including but not limited too;
Aerosol cans, cigarette lighters, camping gas cylinders - full or empty, fire extinguishers.
Flammable liquids and flammable solids- Including but not limited too;
Paint, alcohol, matches, petrol, kerosene, turpentine, solvents, cleaning fluids, nitrate products.
Oxidising substances & organic peroxides- Including but not limited too;
Hair-dye, disinfectants, fibreglass repair kits.
Corrosives- Including but not limited too;
mercury - including thermometers, bleach, nail polish and remover, nitric acids, battery fluids.
Toxic & infectious substances
Cash, currency, bullion or vouchers.
Other goods that are highly magnetic, polymerizable or otherwise unsuitable for carriage - Including but not limited too;
Asbestos, dry ice, first aid kits, wet-cell batteries, electronic equipment.
When you have completed you Student Freight Services itemized packing list you will be asked to sign and declare that the shipment does not contain any of the above items or any other items deemed to be of a hazardous nature. It is the students responsibility to declare all such items.
